Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: + In der Rolle als Fachkraft (m/w/*) unterstützen Sie den Standort bei der Erfüllung lokaler Rechtsvorschriften und konzerninterner Vorgaben bzgl. des Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutzes + Sie betreuen Projekte in u. a. den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Ergonomie, Gefahrstoffmanagement und Gesundheitsschutz + Darüber hinaus begleiten Sie als Vertreter der EHS-Abteilung Investitions- und Management of Change Projekte am Standort + Ebenfalls unterstützen Sie bei der Durchführung von Audits und Zertifizierungen Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: + Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit + Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: + Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches / technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation + Berufserfahrung als Sicherheitsingenieur / Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit in der Metallindustrie + Fortgeschrittene Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich Maschinensicherheit und Gefahrstoffmanagement + Kenntnisse über integrierte Managementsysteme Stellenbezogene Informationen: + Standort (Meerbusch) + Work Your Way: Vor Ort At 3M, we believe diversity & inclusion are essential to innovation.
