Overview This role will manage the self-insured reporting requirements and monitor Client Service Standards for an assigned set of clients. Client-facing and Quality Assurance make up the main components of this position to include the responsibilities as noted in the job description. The main behaviors required for this position include strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, client interaction expertise, proficiency in working collaboratively within a team-based environment, and effective prioritization capabilities. Proficiency in Access, SharePoint, ShareFile, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, and Excel is desirable in terms of technical requirements. How you'll make an impact Manage self-insured reporting requirements for an assigned set clients Manage all related complex correspondence to conclusion Administer client-facing interactions Control fulfillment of client service standards Initiate selected Quality Checks on self-insured filings both pre and post submittal to state/client Provide support and guidance to GCoE Team Contribute to Process Enhancements Address updates to Standard Operating Procedures Manage and handle escalations to conclusion Undertake assigned projects and ensure their successful completion Handle related administrative tasks About You Required: Bachelor's degree; 3 years related experience Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Professional, and Power Point Preferred: Relevant work experience may be considered as a substitute for the requirement of a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Access, SharePoint, ShareFile, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, and Excel.
