Schedule: Mon – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm, OT as required.

What you will do 

Manage front desk ReceptionManage invoice process by receiving, coding, logging invoices and tracking throughout process Purchase Order ManagementHandle any discrepancies in invoicesPoint of contact for vendors regarding payment inquiriesObtain W9 and completed Stryker Medical Redmond ACH form from all new vendors, send to APManage Reception/Mailroom to ensure Vendor Training is accurate and compliantMaintain Security Expert system and monitor card access activity as needed

Send monthly reports for utilities, sustainability, waste tracking

What you need:  
Required

High school diploma or GED 

5 years of related manufacturing experience  

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Exceptional Organizational skills

Preferred 

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

Prior accounting experience
