Facilities Administrator - 1st Shift - Starting At $36.71/hr
+ **Schedule: Mon – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm, OT as required.** **What you will do** + Manage front desk Reception + Manage invoice process by receiving, coding, logging invoices and tracking throughout process + Purchase Order Management + Handle any discrepancies in invoices + Point of contact for vendors regarding payment inquiries + Obtain W9 and completed Stryker Medical Redmond ACH form from all new vendors, send to AP + Manage Reception/Mailroom to ensure Vendor Training is accurate and compliant + Maintain Security Expert system and monitor card access activity as needed + Send monthly reports for utilities, sustainability, waste tracking **What you need:** Required + High school diploma or GED + 5 years of related manufacturing experience + Proficient in Microsoft Office + Exceptional Organizational skills **Preferred** + Associate's or Bachelor's Degree + Prior accounting experience Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
