The Facilities & Admin Officer will be responsible with: Responsibilities Organize, supervise, manage and evaluate all assigned third parties such as but not limited to Housekeeping, Contractors and Building Administration personnel; Address technical and non-technical problems, supervise programs for all corrective, preventive repairs and maintenance works to all identified office fixtures and equipment Participate, deal and solve any facilities and safety-related inquiries, complaints and requests from all stakeholders, making recommendations and taking the necessary and appropriate actions Lead and assist teams during implementation of new programs, activities and/or assignments which included capacity management related issues, ensuring required seats are reserved and/or made available for customers’ present and future business needs Achieve zero findings from PEZA and other Government agencies during inspection/s and audit/s Monitor, review and renew all facility and housekeeping contracts in a timely manner Manage and monitor construction/fit-out works in case of expansion Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory requirements mandated by law Source and negotiate with suppliers for price, quality, specifications, availability and method of delivery Prepare and process Purchase Orders in accordance to company policy Review Purchase Requisitions received in order to verify accuracy, specifications and coordinates with requestor Continuously evaluates suppliers/sub-contractors performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes Continuously develops better and more reliable supplier of new products through networking Responsible for negotiations of warranty claims if the goods ordered are rejected or for return to supplier Responsible to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the company’s requirement. In addition, he/she must constantly network with various vendors Oversees timely and efficient procurement of goods and services essential to business operations Qualifications With proven related experience preferably in a BPO setting Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, certified Safety Officer 3 preferred Willing to work in midshift and graveyard shift Fast learner, team player and self governed Can work in a fast paced environment and can multi-task Meticulous attitude and very keen to details Good people skills Must be amenable to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
