As a Supervisor, Facilities and Equipment, you will be responsible for providing supervision, training, and coaching to the facilities team with respect to the equipment and building while ensuring safe operation and maintenance practices. Led by the Manager, Facilities and Equipment, this opportunity will suit someone with excellent communication skills and exceptional leadership capabilities who is eager to improve plant processes.    Shift available:Afternoon/Night Shift: Flexible schedule with the capacity to work either five 8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday), or four 10-hour shifts (Monday to Thursday).

Here’s how:  Ensure Team Members comply with policies and procedures, rules and regulations affecting department activities, while maintaining high level of morale and maintain a safe and clean work environment.Prioritize innovation and communication; actively seek ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings, maintaining open dialogue and collaboration with Team Members at all levels.Analyze conditions and provide solutions.
