Job Purpose and Impact
The Facilities & Utilities Professional will provide oversight and coordination to ensure effective facilities operation. In this role, you will execute multiple, less complex operation and administrative processes related to facilities & utilities operations, maintenance, contractor & vendor management, security procedures and office assets.
Key AccountabilitiesOversee operations and maintenance of all onsite utilities and facilities assets: i.e. electricity, air, gas, water, fire systems, HVAC, elevators, waste, plant security, wastewater, sewer, storm water and other facilities and utilities maintenance as assigned to ensure efficient operations of the plant.Communicate instruction and direction on maintenance work for the team and contractors.Assist in analyzing maintenance vendor contracts for services and makes recommendations for approval.Administer and execute operating & maintenance procedures and performance metrics that include tracking, analysis and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost and customer satisfaction.Maintain the office assets & inventory.Ensure the facility is following Cargill and site security procedures.Lead and independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of two years of related work experienceBasic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft officeExperience in managing contracts and contractors.

Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $91,000 – 118,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
