Job Description

The Facilities Associate is essential to ensure that all primary tasks and needs are met. The presence of FA position will widen the Facilities Management manpower coverage onsite. The FA scope of work will include quality service, customer service, company asset management, soft & hard services management, and other facilities management functions. The need for an FA is to ensure consistent implementation of all critical tasks, policies, and procedures and to take charge of the prompt response to any facility related concerns and complaints from the delivery team.
