Position Overview:The Facilities Associate's main responsibility is to follow the daily work schedule for the assigned area. It may include cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, sweep floors, empty/clean wastebaskets and wipe down work areas.

This is an essential onsite position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5pm-9pm or 6pm-10pm

Responsibilities:Clean, dust, vacuum, and wash walls, furniture, ceilings, bathrooms, meeting rooms, windows, doors, and associated equipment and fixtures Sweep, mop, vacuum, and strip all floor surfaces Collect trash throughout the facility and transport to proper location Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, etc. Perform additional cleaning services as required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Must be able to read, write and communicate in EnglishRegular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipmentAbility to work and communicate effectively in a team environment or individually with minimal supervisionAbility to understand and follow safety proceduresAbility to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook and perspectiveSelf-motivation to maintain a clean work environment throughout the facilityCapable of working with varying cleaning liquids, powders, sprays, soaps, etc.Possible exposure to blood and/or other bodily fluids Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipmentMust demonstrate the following behavioral competencies; attention to detail, customer/client focus, ethical conduct, manages execution, personal effectiveness/credibility, and positive attitude

Physical Requirements:Physical ability to perform a full range of cleaning and custodial duties, as well as operation of cleaning equipment as requiredMay move or stand the entire shiftCapable of lifting up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50lbs from floor to shoulder height
