**Facilities CAD/BIM Coordinator**
POWER Engineers, member of WSP, is seeking a CAD/BIM Coordinator for our Facilities CAD/BIM departmentto work in our Facilities Division. Applicants must be motivated, self-driven, highly technical, have an eye for detail, and be customer-focused. This position will be responsible for providing project setup, coordination, and application support for the Facilities Division Projects. Applicants will also be responsible for general employee support on technical inquiries for a variety of Autodesk applications, associated add-ins, and 3rd party AEC design applications. Applicant should have a strong MEP background with a specific focus on Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Process and Plumbing or Electrical, and Controls. Applicant should possess strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Plant 3D, and Navisworks. The applicant will report to the Facilities CAD Manager and work with CAD/BIM Department team members and various Facilities department staff on a daily basis.Flexibility is available for a hybrid work environment or remote for the right candidate. Position reports into the Boise, Idaho; Madison, Wisconsin, Minneapolis, Minnesota or Overland Park office.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Work with Facilities CAD/BIM Manager to develop new CAD/BIM processes, update standards, and document overall application workflows for all Facilities projects.
+ Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to POWER CAD/BIM Standards and processes on all Projects when budgeted and assigned.
+ Assist the CAD Manager with enforcing POWER and Client CAD/BIM Standards and processes within Division.
+ Ensure both AutoCAD and Revit modeling/drafting processes are followed and maintained for all Facility projects and correct uses of the models and sheets are understood by the project team.
+ Update and manage Facilities and Client CAD/BIM standards and processes as software applications update and standards evolve.
+ Work with Facilities CAD/BIM Manager for software and technology evaluations and budgets for future technology adoption that aligns with corporate/company goals and yearly Facilities Business plans.
+ Assists CAD Manager with specific CAD/BIM application servers, application updates, Windows Updates, data management, testing, migration, and corporate backup strategies.
+ Works with Scan Area Lead and Design teams to assist and ensure both scan point cloud use and scan to BIM modeling workflows promote best practices and the most efficient uses throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Continually review quality and development of 2D, 3D CAD, and BIM processes throughout the Division and update as needed based on new application features, added toolsets, and 3rd Party application add-ins.
+ Manage and run internal CAD/BIM Dept. 0380 application implementations adopted in yearly Facilities Business planning and overall corporate initiatives.
+ Manage and lead CAD/BIM content development for Facilities Production depts. Specific focus on creating Revit MEP content.
+ Understand POWER Facilities client-specific CAD/BIM Standards, requirements and provide support accordingly.
+ Assist PM group and Production Departments with setting up project budgets and scope regarding 3D CAD/BIM and model coordination.
+ Assist the PM and project team with the development, management, and running Design/BIM Execution planning meetings and Project kick-offs.
+ Assist project teams with the set-up, management, and running of coordination reviews on projects utilizing 3D CAD or Revit modeling with the Autodesk Navisworks Manage application.
+ Assist and educate internal project teams, external AE consultants, and contractors to ensure proper standards and model methods are agreed upon and enforced actively throughout project.
+ Perform local and remote troubleshooting of software and server problems.
+ Collect and document all issues, symptoms, testing performed, resolutions, etc. for each support request.

+ Knowledge and use with the following applications are required in but not limited to, Autodesk AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant3D, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, Recap, MicroStation, BIM360, Revit Server and other design application add-ins
+ Knowledge about common MS-Office applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Skype for Business, Various Web Browsers, and Bluebeam Revu
+ Computer hardware knowledge is required
+ Working knowledge with ticket tracking software
+ Possess strong communication skills, written, oral, and listening
+ Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently or in a team environment
**Desired Education/Experience**
+ Knowledge of CAD/BIM authoring applications:
+ Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD FABCADMep, Navisworks (Freedom, Simulate and Manage), and MicroStation
+ Knowledge of CAD/BIM add-in applications:
+ IMAGINiT Clarity, Enscape3D, CTC Project Suite, CTC BIM Manager Suite, ACAD AutoTable, JTB ACAD Tools, Bluebeam Revu, ClearEdge EdgeWise 3D, and Leica CloudWorx
+ Knowledge of CAD/BIM DMS systems:
+ Autodesk Revit Server/Clarity, BIM360, Autodesk Vault, and Bentley ProjectWise
+ 3+ years' experience in a similar role or related field
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
+ Autodesk Certifications
+ Office 365 (SharePoint and Teams) knowledge

Base Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations.
