Duties and responsibilities
Welcome visitors, manage reception area, and maintain sign-in procedures while providing exceptional customer serviceCoordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for client and internal meetingsProcess facilities service requests and coordinate with appropriate vendors or team membersManage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier servicesMaintain office supply inventory and process ordering requestsAssist with administrative tasks related to facilities operationsSupport the Assistant Facilities Manager with documentation, record keeping, and reportingRequired Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred2+ years of experience in reception, office administration, or customer service rolesProficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesCustomer service mindset with professional demeanorAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentSelf-disciplined and able to work independentlyPreferred Skills
Previous experience in facilities coordination or property managementKnowledge of building systems and maintenance proceduresExperience with facilities management softwareBackground in the electronics industry or corporate office environmentsProficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Bilingual (English & Cantonese); knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.Experience coordinating with vendors and service providersStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAt JLL, we believe that the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
