Facilities Coordinator
   

The Facilities Coordinator will determine and execute work schedules, diagnose problems and ensure quality control, preventative maintenance and compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Planner schedulers consider each stage of the production process to increase efficiency and productivity. A maintenance planner is responsible for making sure maintenance technicians have the tools and parts they need to complete work orders. Planning defines WHAT and HOW, while scheduling defines WHEN and WHO.

Responsibilities:

Performing administrative duties in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Work order tracking Directing and executing the site's proactive maintenance program Managing the processes of call management Preparing site maintenance performance data as required Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the preventive maintenance program Scheduling all planned maintenance activity at the site Managing the site's spare parts inventory, including weekly monitoring of inventory Controlling inventory budget accuracy, turns, and other inventory management measurements Coordination and management of client requested projects and providing status updates of the projects

 

Qualifications:

1 - 3 years of maintenance scheduling / planning experience and 3-5 years as a repair technician preferred Experience in an industrial environment preferred Electrical/mechanical aptitude preferred Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Project management and capital project experience preferred
