JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Facilities Coordinator position will be a part of our Maintenance Team and ensures functional operations of our Driven Brand subsidiaries. The primary responsibilities in this role will be reviewing invoices and work orders in Corrigo and other maintenance system-related tasks as outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Invoice validation and processing.

Maintain asset and warranty information by location.

Maintain maintenance email box including reviewing and responding to inquiries.

Landlord issues will need to be reviewed and followed up timely.

Handle insurance claims for damages to building.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Computer knowledge esp. Excel knowledge is a must

Communication skills

Able to multitask

Must be organized
