Sauna306 Inc., a Watkins Wellness/Masco company, is dedicated to fostering a productive and safe work environment for all our employees. We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our physical facility.

Job Summary: The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the efficient and smooth operation of our physical facility and ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy work environment. This role involves inspecting and managing the facility’s equipment and spaces, implementing maintenance schedules, and liaising with contractors to address specialized issues. Wages start at $54K based on experience and location.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

Inspects the facility, ensures assigned equipment is in safe proper working order and available for use. 

Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment. 

Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections. 

Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings. 

Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly. 

Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems. 

Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.     

Ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility.   

Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager. 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Excellent Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. 

Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs. 

Education and Experience: 

At least two years of related experience is required. 

 

Physical Requirements:  

Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout facilities. 

Must be capable of lifting 35lbs pounds at a time.  

Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings. 

Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions.
