Facilities Coordinator
**Facilities Coordinator** _Work Mode: Onsite_ **Location: ** Onsite - Kohler, WI **Opportunity** To coordinate and provide equipment and facility set-up for meetings, conferences, and dedicated events; provide customer service to building patrons; monitor facility uses and ensure conformance with policies and procedures; perform facility maintenance and cleaning; interface with janitorial vendors on daily requirements; perform related work. **Specific Responsibilities** + Interprets event documents and diagrams to decide event needs; prioritizes work sequencing and order of task completion considering current and future meeting room usage and decides equipment to remain; identifies or predicts problems and takes corrective action. + Provides customer service and communicates with facility users to ensure event needs are met; assesses and resolves customer complaints. Aids customers and visitors with directions and information about events. Uses feedback to report program success and customer satisfaction. + Performs minor facility and equipment maintenance and cleaning; inspect function and cleanliness of facility; assist in janitorial vendor registration and product needs; coordinates basic equipment repairs, coordinating Campus maintenance groups; performs special projects assigned. **Skills/Requirements** **Technology Skills** + Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook). + SAP experience desired. **Knowledge** + Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. **Desirable Work Experience** + Hospitality-related work experience preferred. + Customer service experience preferred. + Minimum Job Requirements + Pre-employment screening. + Effective communication skills + Strong organizational skills + Basic arithmetic skills **Physical Requirements** + Frequent bending, lifting, and pushing of weights of up to 50 pounds or more. **Education And Experience Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED Certificate is required. + Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a Motor Vehicle Record meeting Kohler Company Guidelines is required. + Experience: providing customer service; explaining and applying policies and procedures; using tools, equipment, materials, and common practices used in facility preparation including custodial work; setting work priorities; interpreting written oral instructions; outstanding communication. \#LI-Onsite \#LI-TM1 **_Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future._** _The hourly range for this position is $15.65 - $19.55. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
