What You'll Contribute

The Senior Specialist, Facilities will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient working environment.
 

What You'll Do

Coordinate and assist in the setup and takedown of furniture, equipment, and other items for meetings, events, and office relocations.Coordinate and assist with facility-related projects, such as renovations, reconfigurations, and equipment installations, by collaborating with internal teams and external contractors.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.Coordinate facility-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and space utilization, to ensure a safe and functional work environment.Provide support and guidance to employees regarding facilities-related matters, including workspace setup, maintenance requests, and safety protocols.

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, vendors, and contractors.Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software applications.Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving facility-related issues.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and propose practical solutions.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle urgent matters as they arise.

Preferred: Indicate “nice to haves” regarding education, skills, and experience.

High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or training in facility management is a plus.1-2 years of experience in facility coordination, property management, or a related field.
