This position is responsible for….

The Facilities Coordinator will oversee all building-related tasks.  S/he will interface with the property owner, perform light maintenance, enforce safety standards and security protocols. S/he will provide employee support, conference room setups, catering support and all other facility-related activities as needed.

Your day will be very busy… you will:

Serves as liaison between Breg and the property manager; relays tenant concerns and ensures that action items are completed in a timely manner.

 

Performs light maintenance throughout Breg’s suites on doors, furniture and lighting and conducts periodic preventative tasks on engineering test equipment and fixtures.

 

Coordinates security measures tied to building access control, visitor protocols, first aid readiness and building evacuation training.

 

Coordinates company furniture inventory and sets conference room custom configurations.

 

Orders, stocks, and maintains inventory for office consumables such as coffee, snacks, flatware, cups, plates and monitors the budget.

 

Maintains tidiness of building common areas as needed. Oversees janitorial services provided by property manager.

 

Communicates promptly and thoroughly with all employee stakeholders.

 

Monitors inventory and places orders for office equipment and supplies.

 

Supports building special events as requested to include high-level meetings and employee events.

 

Takes accountability to demonstrate the organization’s Cultural Beliefs and achieving desired results in alignment with the Culture of Accountability.

 What your background will be:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years’ facilities, maintenance and administrative experience is required. Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems. 2+ years of basic negotiation, contract review and budgeting experience is required.

Salary/Pay Range:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  This role may also be eligible for bonus.
