The Facilities Coordinator’s primary duty is to provide analytical and front-line troubleshooting support for the fuel facilities maintenance, waste and recycling, and environmental compliance functions of the Buc-ee’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Department.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Aggregation and analysis of fuel maintenance cost and performance data with reporting to the Fuel Maintenance Manager and Director of EHS
Primary responsibility for reviewing and providing initial troubleshooting for fuel system and environmental work orders and dispatching to service providers or internal technicians within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Continuous tracking of open work orders and communication with service providers to ensure speedy and complete repair and administrative closure within the CMMS
Training and set-up of service providers in the CMMS
Review and approval of fuel maintenance invoices at or below approved monetary limit
Analysis of fuel flowrate data and coordination of resolution by store personnel, internal technicians, or third-party service providers
Tracking of due dates for fuel system compliance testing and periodic inspections for all sites in all states, coordination with internal staff or third parties to ensure due dates are not missed, and proper electronic filing and document retention
Coordination of annual underground storage tank registration renewals in all states
Completion of annual Tier II chemical reporting for all applicable stores in all states

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline strongly preferred
High school diploma/GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis role
Significant experience working with Excel and proficiency with other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Previous exposure to fuel system maintenance or fuel system construction preferred
