Job Summary

Represent the Strada Brand in a positive and pleasant way to clients, employees, and guests.Maintain Reception desk at Headquarters office. Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures.Assist in ensuring security practices are followed in US locationsIdentifies opportunities for optimization and operationalizes processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs.Operates well in “gray space” and is able to build framework and processes, independently, to support new projects, new scope or orphaned work from the ground up.Collaborates with Third-Party Security, Data Privacy, Finance, Legal, HR and business leaders to define and/or streamline processes where dependencies exist with Real Estate TeamOversee building installments and/or refurbishments.Communicate with external contractors and vendors concerning facility needs.Handle General Accounting Tasks and Office Duties

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and employees at the front desk.Answering incoming calls; directing calls to the appropriate staff; answering general inquires (telephone, e-mail, walk-in)General office duties – Create and distribute general office notices, coordinate office meetings including catering and conference room bookings, help with travel for employees coming into the area, ordering office supplies, processing mail.Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues (including interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness and general conservation).Assist in the implementation and monitoring of preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment failure and optimize asset lifespan.Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.Oversee the maintenance and repair activities of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other technical systems in accordance with industry standards and best practices.Handle General accounting – work with vendors to obtain necessary documents for vendor creation, invoice processing, follow-up with AP on payment inquiries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide Real Estate/technical support during new facility startups, renovations, or relocations.Assist in helping oversee onsite building contractors for any installment/refurbishment.Help coordinate facility services in other US locations as needed.Source and negotiate facility agreements where necessary in the US, following sourcing policies.

Knowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiencies

BA/BS in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience

Relevant experience of minimum 5 years in Facilities ManagementRelevant experience of minimum 5 years performing Reception duties. Proven professional experience in facility management, with strong expertise in technical operations.In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and building automation systems.Familiarity with relevant industry codes, regulations, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify and resolve technical issues.Proficiency in computer software applications related to facility management.Experience managing third-party supplier contracts, with a detailed understanding of Terms and Conditions of the Services Agreement, Statements of Work and Fee SchedulesExcellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage by influence and build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong cross-cultural skills and experience working with global delivery models.Experience in negotiation techniques; proven ability todeliver favorable agreements which meet business requirements.Strong project management experienceCustomer Service orientated.A leader in problem solving.Able to travel as required.

Work Environment

Travel dependent on US Facility needs, minimum (0% - 25%)

Majority of day will consist of meetings and computer-based work in Miami, FL

Ability to lift 35-40 lbs (paper boxes, case of drinks, boxed office supplies, food orders

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

41,900 USD

Maximum :

66,600 USD
