Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Facilities Coordinator to provide essential office, administrative, and operational support to our organization. The successful candidate will have a broad range of responsibilities including the upkeep of facilities and decor, supply ordering and inventory management, and acting as a communication liaison between inter-departments, members, external customers, partners, and vendors. Other tasks will include coordinating and scheduling staff meetings, events, and conference room usage, greeting and assisting staff, members, and guests, managing mail and deliveries, supporting onboarding/offboarding of members, assisting the executive team, lab operations, and other departments as requested, maintaining records, spreadsheets, SOPs, and various other documents, and supporting internal and external events through brainstorming, planning, organizing and executing.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in South San Francisco, California.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in SSF, managing the building and having the autonomy to shape it. This role requires a commitment of Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm.
