Facilities Coordinator
**Responsibilities** **SUMMARY** The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for day to day facilities and maintenance related tasks and duties as well as various tasks associated with build-out and remodeling projects. This position will work with the Facilities Manager to ensure that our various locations are built and maintained to credit union standards. The position will be responsible for handling supply requests, marketing material distribution for the branches, day to day maintenance requests, vending machines, coffee services, stocking breakrooms, coordinating equipment and furniture orders, deliveries and installation, performing preventative maintenance inspections, equipment installation, various duties related to the vacation properties, user administration on various vendor web-sites and other assigned duties as needed. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Processes SRMS supply requests for all company locations. Manage the ordering and coordination of various items, including, but not limited to, furniture, equipment, office supplies, marketing materials, brochures, branded paper and envelopes, specialty paper goods and kitchen/break room supplies.Administers the corporate supply room including inventory control and orderliness. Places supply orders with various vendors including Staples, Pressman Printing, Kristopher James Company and the NCUA. + Manage vacation property schedules, waivers, surveys, and welcome packages. Provide support to the Facilities Manager in vacation property management as needed. + Process maintenance work orders submitted through the CORRIGO CMMS. Input status updates on open tickets, provide updates to the employee who submitted the ticket and close tickets when work has been satisfactorily completed. Perform general maintenance tasks in the corporate offices and Dallas area locations and/or submit maintenance requests to building management as needed; collaborate with branch staff to coordinate facility repairs. Submit service requests for corporate equipment, including copiers, printers, computers, and postage machines, to the appropriate parties. + Build-out and remodel projects: Attend and participate in build-out team meetings, monitor, review and update the project SmartSheet regularly, work with vendors to prepare various furniture and equipment quotes, coordinate storage, delivery and installation, communicate any delays in project orders to the Facilities Manager that may impact construction timelines.Assist the Facilities Manager in conducting construction punch walks as necessary. Assist in the "make-ready" process for new locations. + Works with I.T. specialists under their specific direction to perform triage and repairs to network and/or server room equipment. + Conducts specification research and verification on equipment to meet replacement and/or build-out requirements. Works with Facilities Manager to order equipment. Schedules deliveries and follows up to ensure equipment was received as scheduled and is in acceptable condition. + Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections at corporate locations and Dallas area branches, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and maintain the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Corrigo. + Plan, coordinate, and execute office/workstation reassignments, including furniture and equipment relocations. + Acts as a system administrator for various online platforms (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Staples) to manage user accounts as necessary. + Inspects corporate kitchens daily and restocks them with supplies as needed. + Acts as back-up fire warden at corporate. Coordinates activities and training of volunteer fire wardens. Works with building management as needed to integrate various emergency and safety procedures. + Works with Facilities Manager to develop or update facilities related procedures as needed. + Attends and participates in Facilities department and various project team meetings + Maintains a positive and caring atmosphere for members and employees consistent with the Credit Union's mission and values. + Fosterspositive relationships with the branches, internal departments and external partners. + Fosters a positive culture throughout the organization. + Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of computer equipment and software required including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. **The pay range for this position is $20.12-$25.15/hr. and is based on experience.** **Qualifications** **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE** High school diploma and two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. **Overview** Founded in 1937, Advancial is one of the oldest and largest credit unions in the country.
