As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our workplace environments are efficient, safe, and comfortable for both employees and clients. You'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our organization by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize our facilities. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate facility-related activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and renovations

Manage vendor relationships and oversee service contracts

Process and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up

Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of facility-related expenses

Maintain accurate records of facility operations, including inventory and asset management

Coordinate space planning and allocation, including moves, adds, and changes

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Assist in developing and implementing facility policies and procedures

Respond to inquiries and requests from employees, tenants, and visitors

Coordinate facility-related events and meetings

Support sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs

Assist in emergency preparedness and business continuity planning

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field

3+ years of experience in facilities management or related role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software

Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and industry best practices

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
