What this opportunity involves:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team assisting the Facilities Manager with all operational activities and administration dedicated the Victorian Police account and based onsite with them.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Coordination of facilities management as delegated by the Facilities ManagerProvide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectationsAssist in the procurement of vendors and services as requiredAssist in financial processesHealth & Safety ManagementAssist in maintaining premises in a compliant state and good working conditionAssist in the implementation and management of portfolio risk management programSound like you?
The right candidate will have strong relationship management and a client focus, demonstrating a proactive & professional approach to customer service. You will have a proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters daily. If you are a team player, self-motivated and able to adapt to rapidly changing situations, then this is the role for you!
What we are looking for?
Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field preferredKnowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageousUnderstanding of basic technical aspects of property (Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) is advantageousMust be an Australian Citizen or Permanent ResidentWhat can you expect from us?
