ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n
\n\nThrough the full-service lease, the property management is responsible for building HVAC, janitorial, ceiling lights, restroom\/kitchen plumbing, perimeter doors and common area maintenance.\nSite Services Technicians are responsible for monitoring equipment and providing internal customer service.\nUnder the direction of the Regional Facilities Manager, this position performs a wide variety of services, and upkeep of building appearance within the suite as listed below:\n\n

General Responsibilities:\n\nProvide general and detailed facilities maintenance either with direct or indirect supervision including moving\/delivery within suite, conference room setup and other minor repair and replacement work as required.\nPerform daily facilities and equipment maintenance check for general monitoring, contact vendors for the repair of Compressors, driers, vacuum pumps, generator, O2 monitoring systems, Data Center CRAC units etc.\nSchedule preventive and annual maintenance of all Infineon owned facilities equipment and systems.\nPerform inspections to identify areas in need of repair and report any maintenance or mechanical problems to the Regional Facilities Manager in a timely manner.\nMonitor MPOE, Electrical, Data Center and IDF rooms for alarms (temp. or UPS etc.)\nReconfigure cubicles as directed\nExecute, complete and close daily work orders within 24-48 hours through Facilities Work Request System.\nAdhere to all security, health, environmental and employee safety protocols as directed.\nBe on-call and respond to afterhours emergency calls with urgency as necessary and as needed.\nReceive and execute verbal instructions, or written work orders from office staff.\nComplete and submit receipts and paperwork accurately and on time.\nAssist with All Hands Meeting setups and atrium setups as requested\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\n

Customer Service:\n\nCommunicate effectively with both internal and external customers to determine service needs.\nDeliver outstanding customer service at all times.\n\n

Physical Requirements:\n\nMust be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 40 lbs, and climb ladders.\n
