The Facilities Coordinator will work cross-functionally with regional operations teams, contractors and national vendors to support new and existing repair and maintenance requests. The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the process of first-class facility management executed by their Facilities Specialist for a large portion of SVP’s facilities, reporting and accountability of responsibilities for repair and maintenance, operation of work order systems, using assisting in best practices for cost-reduction methods and coordinating facility repair and maintenance with a team of professionals to keep SVP’s buildings, equipment and supplies in good, working order. Leads with respect, integrity, and accountability Treats others with empathy and respect Exemplifies and role models behavior associated with WAG values Partners with team to focus on solutions ROLE-SPECIFIC TASKS Support and work directly with Facilities Specialist to direct local and national partnerships with trade professionals Receive repair and maintenance requests from hospitals, create work orders, work with Facility Specialists to verify lease responsibilities, assist with triage and solution execution of the reported issues Review data to create reports for supported team and provide to the Senior Facilities Manager Track tasks through to an expedient and cost-effective resolution using work order management tools Execute and implement processes for preventative maintenance programs Coordinate and follow through on all opportunities to support hospital leadership within the facilities management process Establish good, working relationships with Regional Operations leaders, Facilities, and Real Estate Development leaders to execute repair and maintenance requirements Assist to support special projects as needed Assist in coordination of Facilities responsibilities for the De Novo program. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1-2 years of experience within a similar multi-site industry, project management or customer service preferred. Knowledge of facilities, system standards, major equipment, and preventive maintenance programs from a centralized platform preferred, but not required. Capable of building relationships with vendor partners and property management teams Adept at learning systems and processes Ability to execute leadership’s vision for facility maintenance program Outstanding communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to delegate day to day activities to meet hospital needs Value and respect the importance of professionalism and confidentiality Familiarity with business systems and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, G-Suite and Smart Sheets Experience with multi-site facility maintenance preferred Strong customer service skills are required Benefits Work with an organization recognized as #1 in Healthcare by Newsweek’s Most Loved Workplaces in 2024.
