We are seeking a Sr. Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our facilities operate smoothly, managing both hard and soft services while leading a small team. **What You’ll Do:** + Facilitate Communication: Act as the main point of contact between landlords, tenants, and service providers. Your ability to communicate effectively in English will be key in ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. + Manage Services: Oversee both hard services (like maintenance and repairs) and soft services (such as cleaning and security) to ensure high standards are met across the board. + Lead a Team: Supervise and guide a small team of three staff members. You will be responsible for their training, scheduling, and performance, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver excellent service. + Schedule and Track Repairs: Coordinate repair requests and maintenance schedules to keep facilities running at their best. + Problem Solving: Identify and resolve common and unexpected issues independently, making informed decisions that enhance service quality. + Analyze and Report: Collect and evaluate data regarding facility usage and performance. Create reports to help identify areas for improvement and optimize operations. + Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure they meet our standards and service level agreements. **What You Need:** + A diploma or degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, including both hard and soft services. + Proven experience in leading a small team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. + Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members. + Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, to manage reports and data efficiently.
