Our client, a real estate company, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a dynamic Facilities Coordinator to oversee the performance and coordination of a small team of multi-skilled operatives for a six week contract. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and contractors while ensuring efficient operations and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of communication and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and coordinate a small team of operatives to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.Develop relationships with clients, landlords, agents, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring performance meets required standards.Assist in procurement and financial processes, including purchase orders and financial reporting.Conduct site inspections, audits, and ensure adherence to safety procedures.Help implement risk management programs and best practices.Support regular management reports and help achieve KPIs and SLAs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and in a team.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Clean driving record.Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
