In this role, you are responsible for ensuring a flawless day to day facilities management operation. You will be the face of the facilities team, ensuring a world class workplace experience for all GSK employee inquiries, whether it’s at the Facilities desk in the office, on the phone or through our ticketing system. In this role, you will coordinate the activities of various service lines: hard and soft services, including reception/Facilities Desk, cleaning, catering, minor maintenance, vehicle fleet, security and first line support for audiovisual, IT resources, vendor management, emergency response, monitoring systems and record keeping in our work order system. **Your team** You will be located in Amersfoort in the GSK office, together with the Sr. Facilities Coordinator who you will report to. You will also become part of the GSK EMEA Enterprise account, which means you will have frequent contact with colleagues in other parts of EMEA, a talented and motivated group of professionals who are always ready to help you out or share knowledge. **Key responsibilities** Together with the Sr. Facilities Coordinator you are responsible for the delivery of all facilities services on site, as described in the contract with GSK, our client. This means you’ll be focussing on: + Establish and maintain an effective business relationship with GSK employees on all levels in the organisation + Ensure the office environment is compliant with all policies and standards, for instance by performing building inspections + Coordinate facilities services, such as mail/parcels, car fleet support, office parking spaces, banqueting requests, new hire packages, first line IT and AV support + Day to day supplier management, to ensure they deliver their services up to our (high!) standards + Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance + Budget control + Measuring, evaluating, and improving KPIs + Planning and executing events at the site + Various administrative duties, including purchase orders, invoicing, reporting, and summaries + Handling maintenance requests + Conducting inspections of the client’s premises + Managing bookings and maintaining conference rooms + Liaise with the landlord, both incidental and during recurrent meetings + Day to day financial management, such as raising purchase orders and monitoring spend + Be part of the emergency response team, which includes a BHV training and certification (arranged by CBRE) + Actively contribute to our innovation program by proactively signalling areas of improvement **Skills and qualifications** + Strong organizational skills + A learning mindset + A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills + Strong communication skills + An interest in Hard Service topics such as Health & Safety and workplace maintenance + Relevant education (hospitality or facility management) + 2+ years of relevant working experience in an international environment + Eye for detail + Ability to prioritize in a high paced, high demanding environment + Excel, Word, Microsoft outlook and PowerPoint **What we offer you** + A competitive salary depending on knowledge and expertiseTravel allowance + Laptop and phone + An excellent pension plan and opportunity to participate in a collective health insurance scheme + 25 fixed days of leave + 8,33% holiday pay + Extensive development opportunities through the CBRE Academy **About CBRE Global Workplace Solutions** CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is the global market leader in integrated technical, facilities, real estate and project management.
