Insight Global is partnering with a leading provider of first responder telecommunication services in their search for a Facilities Coordinator. This company provides a range of critical services from infrastructure, technical services, field replacement parts, and maintenance The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing inbound calls/request, facility maintenance, and customer care.

Skills and Requirements
Oversee the daily operations of the service center, including opening and closing procedures,
facility maintenance, security, and customer service
Manage customer walk-ins, phone calls, and service requests, routing them to the appropriate
personnel as needed and maintaining a log of inquiries and resolutions
Collaborate with the National Facilities Coordinator to ensure consistent facility management practices in all service centers across the country, implementing best practices and addressing operational challenges null
