Milwaukee is a place to accelerate your career and explore your potential. **Location:** Toronto Head Office _(3381 Steeles Ave E)_ **Position Description** Reporting to a member of TTI Canada’s Executive team, the Executive Assistant (EA) will provide administrative support to the Vice President of Finance, the Vice President of Recruiting, Training and Talent (HR), the SVP of Consumer Groups, and members of their senior team as required. This role directly contributes to the success of TTI Canada by providing internal support to members of the Executive team and supporting the efficient operation of our business. The Executive Assistant must be proactive and enjoy supporting multiple teams. This role requires tact, discretion, organizational maturity, and attention to detail, while potentially dealing with multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. While TTI believes and offers flexibility, this role is an in-office position based out of our Canadian headquarters. **What You Will Do** + Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities. + Provide back-up support to reception and coverage over lunch. + Manage and coordinate multiple calendars, as requested. + Process expenses and benefit claims. + Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations. + Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and teambuilding events. + Process invoices for payment and track as required. + Order stationary and supplies as required. + Prepare agendas, take minutes, and post material, as necessary. + Prepare presentations and material for meetings when required. + Print or electronically distribute reports. + Provide meeting support, including room set-up, and catering requirements. + Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership. + Collaborate with other EAs on large events such as the annual National Sales Meeting, Summer BBQ, etc. **What You Will Bring** + College or university degree + 3-5 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant + Strong organizational and time management skills + Strong sense of urgency + Creative and innovative problem solver with critical thinking skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to manage confidential information with appropriate sensitivity + Excellent Microsoft skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams + Experience with Concur + Experience with Adobe Photoshop platform, is an asset + Experience with Microsoft Power BI is an asset **What You Will Get** At TTI Canada, in addition to a competitive base salary, you’ll receive: + 100% employer covered extended health and dental benefits + RRSP matching program from 3% to 6% of earnings – we’ll match what you contribute! + 10% bonus + $500 Health and Wellness reimbursement + Three weeks’ vacation + Two floater days and six sick days _Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values at TTI.
