Facilities Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Facilities Coordinator

Customer Service

Deliver excellent customer service to meet client expectationsBuild and develop effective relationships with customers at all levelsSupport reception by covering breaks and absence as required by the FM / AFM.Book onsite meeting rooms and hospitality as per client requests and according to site procedures

HSE, Security & Quality

Demonstrate permanent high level of security awareness, knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures as well as general Health & SafetyIssuing of ID and access badges for new hires/vendors/visitors and maintaining record of same.Monitor and maintain office and badge consumables in line within agreed stock levels.Carry out site induction, for new starters, act as the first line of support for any concerns raised as a result of online DSE assessment.Understand & actively support JLL’s Quality Management program

Site Operations

Ensure Issues highlighted through site inspections or customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.Manage all the requests on the Facilities helpdesk and liaise with JLL ES team & service providersHandle/Assist with incoming and outgoing mail enquiries according to the existing proceduresKeep accurate and update records of seating planProcess and control purchase orders, invoices and work orders.Support the completion of reports and documentation to meet required deadlines.

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

Qualifications
