What This Position is All About

The Facilities Coordinator is part of the facilities team that maintains the Stores. You will be responsible to manage your workload independently and also engage in high levels of teamwork.

You Also Have:

Minimum of 3 years in a similar positionMechanical abilities and knowledge of conveyor systems and material handling equipmentAbility to effectively communicate and partner with all levels of colleagues and contractors to ensure issues are identified and corrected as quickly as possibleAbility to climb and work from laddersAvailable for emergency calls 24/7Basic Computer Network configuration knowledge to assist in troubleshooting IT issue at the store levelLifting of up to 50 pounds may be requiredMust have strong computer skills, i.e. Google, MS Office, and adapt to changing technologyExceeds their job requirements, takes initiative, and is committed to achieving outstanding results

As The Facilities Coordinator, You Will:

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical equipment, data IT, and surveillance systemsWelding on equipment such as but not limited to conveyor systems, material handling equipment, elevators, HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, fire systems, and roof repairs.Facilitate/coordinate all Preventive Maintenance functionsTouch up painting as requiredEnsure all inspections are completed within the Jurisdiction requirements (fire inspection, escalator, elevator, fire extinguishers, etc).Ensure locations lighting standards are maintained.Provide material list for mechanical componentsAd hoc responsibilities as needed

Salary and Other Compensation:

The starting hourly rate for this position is between [$21.73-27.17 per hour].  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
