Williams Lea is hiring for a Facilities Coordinator for our New York City office to work Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm!

Pay: $21.85 - $23.00 hourly

This Facilities Coordinator position is responsible for handling all day-to-day facilities issues including direct liaison with clients, vendors, security and building management as well as maintaining the overall integrity and operational functionality of the office.

Job Duties

Maintain and monitor the internal HVAC system via the Building Management System (BMS) module (ASCENT by ALERTON). Adjust vents, review set points, and clear system alarms. Escalate issues as needed. Maintain accurate records.Perform regular inspections of the client space (doors, furniture, and fixtures) and escalate to Office Manager for resolution.Respond to employee facility-related requests - temperature, doors, locks, lights, office supplies, etc.Coordinate office moves, furniture orders/minor furniture changes, and conference room configurations.Liaison for all maintenance and building operations vendors.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience working in legal, banking, or large corporate environment in facilities, property management, or building operations is highly desired.High School diploma or GED required.An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance, is a plus.Working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) HVAC is highly desired.Strong written and verbal skills.Ability to problem solve, rationalize and mitigate/manage obstacles presented.Ability to work overtime as needed.Proven ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and complete projects in a timely manner.Always maintain a professional appearance and a high-level customer service mindset.
