We are looking for a Receptionist/Office Support to join us on our Munich office. This person will be assisting various office operations by performing general office and clerical duties in order to support local office facility and to keep the business running smoothly.

Fluent in German and EnglishExperience on similar duties as reception of guest, Access control, receiving parcelsExperience on general maintenance office activitiesExperience handling of regular invoices, i.e. general checking and submitting to Accounts PayableWhat will you be doing in this role?
Acting as Receptionist/Office Assistant giving Administrative support to our officeContact person for landlordContact person for janitors and internal service staff (e.g. main reception in the foyer)Contact person for service providers (cleaning company, craftsmen, suppliers, couriers, etc.)Commissioning of repair service providers where necessaryAnswering telephone calls on the main numberGeneral check of equipment and its functionality (kitchen and meeting room equipment) and office supplies, e.g. consumables, stationery etc.Management of the meeting rooms (order, availability, planning and organization of the rooms, support in case of resource conflicts and bottlenecks)Hours of Work
This role is 20 hours per Week, ideally from Monday to Friday, on a Permanent contract.
