Our client, a premier members-only club in Vancouver, BC, is looking to bring on a Facilities Director to help provide leadership and coordination for their housekeeping and maintenance teams while ensuring member satisfaction, including during multiple major capital investment projects. What you will be doing: Manage the day-to-day operations of the club’s facilities, including grounds, courts, and buildings. Lead a team of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to uphold the club’s high standards. Oversee the management of budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
What you will need: Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a hospitality, sports, or recreation setting. Strong leadership and project management skills. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds maintenance systems. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
