Roles and  Responsibilities

Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs site production machines, instruments, and equipment to ensure that they are in good operational working condition.Responds to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.Defines and implements preventive maintenance programs, practices, and techniques to ensure that the site facility and production machines, instruments, and equipment are in proper working condition.Provides technical and/or operational support for company environmental, health, and safety programs, such as ensuring operating procedures, controls, environmental sampling, and efficiencies of equipment and processes meet regulatory compliance.Works and coordinates with OEMs, machine agents, contractors, and suppliers on-site facilities and production machines, instruments, and equipment for repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PM).Installs and commissions site facility and production machines, instruments and equipment.Purchasing and upkeeping of spare parts and dealing with suppliers.Provides feedback and recommendations to Maintenance and Facility Supervisor/Manager on operational and maintenance requirements.Upkeeps the maintenance records in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in timely a manner.Supports Total Productive Maintenance Implementation (TPM).Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others .

Qualifications:

4 years degree with 2 years experience in a Manufacturing company with Mechanical/Electrical Engineering exposure.Installation and commissioning experience are advantageous.Knowledge of TPM.Proactive, resourceful with strong problem-solving and technical analytical skills.Able to work independently with minimum supervision and cope with pressure.Possess good initiative, customer oriented and action oriented.Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge on industrial Automation & Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is an added advantage.Able to work monthly rotating shifts which included night shift, weekends and public holidays.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
