You will join our diverse team of talent and contribute to our Pilot Operations team by managing site facilities, qualification and installation of new equipment, and coordinate or perform preventative equipment maintenance required for production of our EUV photoresists. Your experience in managing multiple customer requests, updating stakeholders on system status and batch results, managing personnel, and assisting engineers in issue resolution will help fuel our company’s growth and provide you with opportunities to expand your career.
Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, develop, and implement solutions to optimize facility operations, driving efficiency, cost savings, safety, and performance improvements.Interact with landlord for tenant maintenance requests, receive and disseminate landlord communicationsManage services: HVAC, UPW, custodial, security accountsManage utilities: natural gas, electrical, waste, water, and liquid or compressed gasesMaintain relationships with cleanroom, scientific, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, custodial contractors, escalate as necessary to resolve issuesConduct routine daily/weekly/monthly rounds, checkups of systems and facilityTrack cleanroom particle count and positive pressure performanceDevelop proposal for UPS or power conditioning to protect scientific equipmentCollaborate on cost comparison proposal to achieve cost savings in liquid N2 needsMaintain inspection schedule involving state, city, county inspectorsCoordinate installation for new equipmentMaintain drawings of facility and coordinate with Inpria facility ledadengineer to modify and redline drawingsCreate and update controlled equipment and facilities documentation including process and instrumentation diagramsWork in cleanroom environments and practice clean handling procedures to minimize contaminationProvide occasional evening and/or weekend engineer support, pending business needsSupport EHS functions on site including testing eyewash stations and safety showers; stock first aid and spill kits; stock and manage PPE; manage testing and calibration of safety equipmentKey Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 4 years’ experience working in an industrial settingDemonstration of active and effective communication skills, verbal and writtenWell organized, flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learnFamiliarity with OSHA compliance protocols and regulations in a chemical manufacturing environmentProficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment to troubleshoot issues and perform repairsExperience in preventive maintenance supportAbility to identify and resolve facilities and equipment issues quickly and efficientlyProject Management Fundamentals; manage CapEx projects, coordinating with different teams to complete projects on time and under budgetBasic knowledge of building codes and regulationsAbility to analyze and manage costs from initial design through project completionUnderstanding of Lock-out Tag-out proceduresBasic proficiency with electromechanical systemsAbility to successfully complete a pre-employment drug testPhysical Requirements:
