Provides property management on expert level for one or multiple sites in day-to-day operations with focus on building technology and FM.* Handles local RE lifecycle maintenance and customer demand. * Develops maintenance planning, applications, execution and ensures continuous PROMIS MTI update. * Develops building passes, maintenance planning, applications, and executes maintenance projects. * Discusses and aligns maintenance projects. * Ensures adherence to maintenance principles, guideline, processes (Tools: PROMIS MTI, PM@RE, Process House). * Steers FM providers based on extended steering KPIs and digital data, where applicable. * Provides documents (e. g. building/site plans, planning permits for fit out or Transaction projects). * Ensures adherence to Sustainability policy and -standards. * Implements Quality Management and EHS standards, tracking of qualities. * Evaluates and manages local EHS-aspects and –risks in order to ensure legally compliant operation and live zero harm culture. * Consults, supports and manages the implementation of minimum security requirements and customer demands. * Responsible for the local risk analysis and the security concept and documentation (SiVAS).At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
