About the Role:

Decision-Making Authority: Freedom to determine the methods to be used to fulfill the position’s responsibilities and how to accomplish desired goals and objectives.

Project Leader: Leads/Assigns/Delegates tasks to project team.

Responsible for facilities equipment preventive maintenance and in-house preventive maintenance.

Attending to daily operational concerns and third-party vendor management.

Monitoring of operational expenses, building admin coordination, and business unit coordination.

About You:

College Graduate preferably in Engineering i.e. mechanical or Electrical or any related courses.

At least 4-5 years of Integrated Facility Management experience for commercial offices and multi sites.

Background in ISO 5001 and 14001 and Energy Conservation. Certification on Safety Training would be an advantage.

Knowledgeable in equipment’s such as genset, UPS, BMS, FDAS, etc.

Experience in managing team and dealing with clients.
