Facilities Engineer / Technical Officer Job ID 201342 Posted 13-Jan-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Hong Kong - Hong Kong + Manage banking client workplace + Supervise a team of 7 technicians + Report to Technical Manager **What You’ll Do:** + Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety. + Review work orders and resolve issues. + Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and other downtime to minimize business interruption and inconvenience. + Assist with implementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. + Determine that work is complete, equipment is fully functional and client space is in prime working condition. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
