HX5 is currently seeking a Facilities Integration Lead supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The Facilities Integration Lead is a senior SME with a proven understanding of customer requirements and knowledge of what skills and resources will be needed to meet those requirements. This role assists the Stakeholder Task & Integration Manager (STIM) in overseeing and leading the Facilities Operations and Maintenance department (FOM) which consists of facilities engineers and technicians who provide 24x7 facilities maintenance services for a 600,000+ square foot facility on Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) for multiple control accounts associated with the task order.Prepares monthly deliverable documents and provides task order status updates.Manages subcontracts including statement of work preparation and receipt of deliverablesPrepares incident reports as neededServes as a liaison to facilities design engineers, providing inputs on engineering operations as neededTracks contractual requirements to completionAssists in proposal development for contract growthResponds to customer inquiriesWorks with Facilities Engineers to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes of failures and mitigation strategiesOversees Preventative Maintenance optimization and work order backlog reduction effortPerforms additional related tasks as needed/directed by the STIM

Education and Experience:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and ten (10) years of general experience Master's degree and eight (8) years of general experience Must have two (2) years of experience in management or leadership rolesMust have a background working in facilities engineering, facilities maintenance, or facilities design.Must have experience working with customers in a government settingMust have experience leading multi-disciplinary teamsMust be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and great attention to detailMust be willing to take on new challenges and learn new skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Preferences:

Proficient use of computer systems and software applications including Maximo, Remedy & Microsoft Outlook.Experience working as a facilities maintenance or reliability engineerExperience working with project finances (budgets, variances, projections, etc.)

Other Position Requirements:

Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance by date of hire.Must have a valid Drivers License.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is between $119,000 - $144,000, annually, based on experience.
