As the Facilities Lead, you will oversee our facilities operations, ensuring that every aspect of our site management aligns with our company’s standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, implement strategic initiatives, and contribute to our commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Liaison with IFM Partner: Act as the main point of contact for our IFM partner, ensuring timely and effective communication to meet service delivery goals and hold team accountable to maintain high standards.SLA Management: Monitor and adjust Service Level Agreements to adapt to business needs while maintaining exceptional quality standards.Quality & EHS Assurance: Uphold the highest quality and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, actively participating in audits and implementing corrective actions, as necessary.Performance Monitoring: Develop robust metrics to track service delivery, conducting Gemba walks and customer feedback surveys to continuously improve satisfaction and ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.Budget Management: Responsible for the annual facilities budget, finding cost-efficient solutions and implementing savings through continuous improvement initiatives.Training & Development: Managing policies, procedures, and training programs, ensuring the team is equipped to uphold compliance and excellence.Benchmarking: Engage with our company's sites to exchange best practices, championing a culture of innovation and improvementProject Management: Oversight of execution of facilities related projectsWhat We are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 7 - 10 years’ experience, with a focus on facility management/project management with third-party vendor oversight.Preferred industry certifications (e.g., IFMA, BIFM).Proven leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration.Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyse budgets and identify efficiencies.Thorough understanding of EHS regulations and quality management practices.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and accountability-oriented, driven to deliver results.Adaptable to changing priorities and environments.Dedicated to promoting safety, quality, and compliance within the workplace.Current Employees apply HERE
