Job Descriptions: Kratos Defense is seeking a results-oriented Facilities / Logistics Manager with a strong background in project management, cost control, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of being a self-starter -reducing project timelines, optimizing costs, and ensuring operational efficiency through strategic planning and subcontractor management. This role will oversee facility operations, logistics coordination, to include cleaning of facility and ensure seamless execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee facilities operations, maintenance, and logistics planning to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. + Develop and manage project schedules to reduce timelines and mitigate potential risks. + Monitor and control budgets to maintain cost efficiency, negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors for facility repairs. + Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure high-quality service and delivery. + Ensure satisfaction with internal customers by maintaining open communication, proactive problem-solving, and quality assurance. + Utilize project management and logistics software to track progress, expenses, and resource allocation. + Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations. Required Experience: Qualifications & Skills: + 5+ years of experience in facilities management, logistics, or project coordination. + Strong background in project management, strategic planning, and scheduling. + Expertise in cost control, budget management, and subcontractor coordination. + Excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. + Proficiency in MS suite of software and logistics tools. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry. + Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes. + Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards.
