Job Description:

This position is responsible for performing overall maintenance and upkeep of the entire facility

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that the facility is always in operating conditionInterior / Exterior LightingSmall Appliance RepairPainting / Drywall RepairOffice Set-up - tear-down - Furniture RelocatingPerform electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance workInvestigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility interiorInspect work performed to ensure it meets the required expectations and standards set by the company and leadershipPerform regular preventative maintenance inspections of the facilityInvestigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facilityAssist other maintenance employees with projects and tasksAssist with Outside Vendor Management / SchedulingPerform Lockout TagoutHandle chemicalsKeep work area clean and orderlyPerform job duties safely as outlined in the Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Ability to successfully plan, and complete project work with little supervisionAdditional duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operationAbility to become certified in Lockout TagoutAbility to become certified in Chemical HandlingAbility to read and write in English to complete required documentationBasic computer skills

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $19.00- $25.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
