Job Description:

Kokosing Construction is looking to expand our Facility Maintenance Team with a qualified individual to support our buildings in Ohio and the surrounding states.

1st shift 6:30am – 3pm with some overtimeSome travel is required with some overnight stay.New team member must be highly motivated and self-disciplined to complete tasks, make decisions on their own and fully support the need of each division to keep facilities fully functional.Non-Union position

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

We are a full-service support group and are responsible for maintaining and repairing:

Heating/Ventilation and Cooling SystemsElectricity 120V 1-phase to 480V 3-phase troubleshooting and repairPlumbing installations and repairsGarage door repairsGeneral building repairsSecurity, fire suppression systems, building security and access,

Equipment used:

Forklifts,Personnel lifts,Rubber tire backhoe and tractors.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED equivalentHVAC and controls – Boilers – Plumbing – General carpentryElectrical experience required with 1 & 3 phase

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to pass a drug test,Must have a clean driving record,Meticulous attention to details,Able to communicate with other team members and report directly to the Facility Manager with accurate details,Read and understand drawings, blueprints and equipment specifications,General math skills, computers, welding, hand tools,Must be able to maintain high level of awareness for a busy project work environment.
