What You’ll Be Doing:Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire, and life safety systems
Travel between multiple facilities ensuring everything runs smoothly
Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment at peak performance
Monitor & adjust equipment to optimize operations
Oversee contractor work and ensure quality standards
Identify & eliminate safety hazards to keep the work environment secure
What You Need to Succeed:5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
EPA 608 Type II Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license (must be able to travel between sites)
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (Word & Excel)
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):EPA 608 Universal Certification
Trade school training in electrical systems, refrigeration, or HVAC

Pay Details: $44.58 per hour
