THE BUSINESS

Our Industrial Automation business unit specializes\nin advanced process control software and outcome-based solutions for industrial\napplications. We provide enterprise performance management solutions that help\nour customers optimize their operations and achieve operational excellence.

THE POSITION

 The Facilities Maintenance Manager will direct and\ncoordinate the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance, Tool Room and\nFacilities teams in order to safely maintain property, plant and equipment in a\ntimely manner at the highest practical yet most cost-effective level. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop\n vision for and leads a team of multi-discipline technicians that provide\n technical, troubleshooting and maintenance support for all machinery,\n mechanical equipment, electrical, controls, instrumentation as well as\n general facility maintenance within NWIL.  Work\n with team members to develop the most cost-effective repair strategies and\n manage maintenance spending responsibilities to achieve factory\n maintenance budget.Complete\n planning and budgeting for maintenance activities including extraordinary\n maintenance as well as annual budget for labor, repair materials, outside\n contractors and CAPEX spend.Ensures\n that preventative maintenance routines are executed on facilities and\n manufacturing equipment to maximize equipment performance and longevityOversees\n facilities expansion/improvement/building, equipment maintenance, and\n equipment installationsProvides\n leadership guidance and supervision to department employees.Reviews\n performance and directs work accordingly. Provides training and mentoring\n opportunities for employeesSupports\n the Operations Managers in achieving key outcomes in safety, reliability,\n efficiency, and cost.Establish\n and maintain a culture of safety & continuous improvement.Work\n closely with site HSE to ensure that all modifications to existing assets\n strictly follow Honeywell’s policies and proceduresManagement\n of Change Process (MOC), comply with internal and external regulatory\n codes, standards, and best practices; work is in compliance with all\n safety, health, environmental and quality standards within the site.Leading\n the troubleshooting and repair process of any critical failed equipment,\n plant/ equipment outage decision-making, repair plan, and root cause\n analysis.Ensuring\n that critical spare parts for all sites within NWIL are identified in\n e-Maint, stocked in appropriate location with accurate inventory data, are\n in a condition for immediate use and are replenished in a timely manner\n once consumed.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Incentive Eligible
Salary Range: $103,000 - $130,000

Bachelor's\n degree in business, technical or related field7+\n years of experienceSolid\n background in project and maintenance managementDemonstrated\n decision-making ability to take independent action with the ability to\n provide technical guidance, project management, consultative services, and\n innovative solutions on highly complex Maintenance Management activities
