**Job Description**
Candidates will be in charge of a Union Facility Group at a major automotive assembly plant. They will oversee trades workers performing repairs on HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical systems. Responsibilities include managing repairs, scheduling, and ordering supplies. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility-based maintenance is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee trades workers conducting repairs on HVAC, plumbing, millwright, painting, and electrical systems.
+ Manage and coordinate repairs, scheduling, and ordering supplies.
+ Ensure all maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
+ Supervise a team of workers and ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility-based maintenance.
+ Experience in facilities maintenance and management.
+ Proficiency in preventive maintenance and facility operations.
+ Strong leadership, management, and supervision skills.
+ Ability to manage repairs, scheduling, and ordering.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Construction knowledge.
+ Experience with drywall, painting, and millwright work.
+ Ability to manage and supervise a team in a unionized environment.
+ Mechanical and carpentry skills.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
