Schedule: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.70 per hour
About the Role:

From HVAC and plumbing to electrical systems, your expertise will keep our operations safe, efficient, and performing at peak levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Supervise contractor work to ensure all tasks meet safety and performance requirements.
Monitor and adjust system performance, making improvements as needed to optimize functionality.
What You Bring:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in commercial building maintenance (ideal for someone looking to build on foundational skills).
Certification: EPA 608 Type II required (Universal certification preferred).
Skills: Strong knowledge of BMS controls, with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

Pay Details: $25.70 to $27.67 per hour
