**Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the three buildings on campus. You will work directly under a Journeyman HVAC technician, providing you with the opportunity to receive your Journeyman's license. This role offers exposure to various maintenance tasks, allowing you to expand your knowledge and skills. **Responsibilities** + Maintain all aspects of the three buildings on campus. + Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs. + Handle mid-voltage electrical tasks. + Manage building controls and low voltage systems. + Conduct facilities maintenance and mechanical repairs. **Essential Skills** + Experience with HVAC systems. + Knowledge of mid-voltage electrical systems. + Understanding of plumbing, facilities maintenance, and mechanical systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good attitude. + Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with others. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers significant growth potential with exposure to various maintenance tasks and machinery.
